The Floor Glute and Hamstring Developer enables athletes to perform back, and hip extensions, GHD sit-ups, and glute-ham raises on the same piece of equipment. This lower body machine accommodates people of all body types, with four adjustable settings for the ankle and ten for the legs. All you need to do is adjust the red anodized knobs to your proper size. The machine is made from heavy-duty steel with a broad base, so it will not topple over. Designed for space efficiency, quickly move it around your gym space with the help of wheels and hand grips. When you have completed your workout, store the machine upright on the plate for a minimal footprint. With the GHD, you will not only bulk up your muscles but enhance your endurance and overall fitness level.

Hello Nicholas, please accept our sincere apologies if the item came with a hole in the half-moon pad. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality products. I checked your account and found that you had already spoken with one of our product specialists, who had placed your replacement order. Parts have to be picked and packaged separately so the processing time is slightly longer than regular orders, but I assure you that your concern is a priority and we will resolve this issue for you. Please email us at info@titanfitness.com and reference PBR Amyra if you require further assistance.

I was extremely happy with the level of quality. Everything bolted together very easily.

Great piece of gym equipment for a home gym. There are other uses for it besides GHD workouts. Im glad I purchased it. I did have the same issue with the rubber plates falling off. I had to glue them on and its still questionable.

Don’t have the space for a normal sized GHD and the footprint is pretty small especially when you stand it up on its side. It’s perfect for Ghd and abs. You can do back hyper extensions but the ROM is really low but is good enough. I especially love it for doing hip thrusts. I can also put it at the base of my functional trainer and use it as a seat for low rows. The rubber foot bases don’t stick to the frame as they should but I can keep them under it after moving. The leg holder has minimal wobble but is pretty sturdy, honestly pretty similar to what I’ve seen in commercial gyms. Doesn’t seem to have the quality as rogue but for the price is a pretty dang good piece of equipment. I’m really happy with it. I added a photo to show it’s small footprint, and I keep it stored to the left of my assault runner. Super easy to move around.

For reference, I’m 5’0” and female. Had my dad help me put this together but the directions were easy to follow and I could have done it by myself. Glad I purchased this GHD even though there were no reviews on it, but I was looking for a compact GHD to do GHRs, straight leg sit-ups, hyperextensions (kinda - I bought a 45 degree hyper anyway, but you could maybe do that movement on here, just a smaller range of motion), and I’ve even done reverse hypers though a smaller range of motion which is okay, I still feel it in my glutes, but remember I’m short haha - might not work for a much taller person. My absolute favorite part is that it also doubles (quintuples, maybe?) as a really great hip thrust platform, as seen in the pics/promotional video. Lastly, it stores easily and upright against the wall of my garage gym and doesn’t take up a lot of precious floor space. It’s also easy to move around and is not very heavy, but is still incredible stable and solid when in use. My only cons (hence the half star off) are that the rubber footing is only attached to the machine with some double sided sticky table, so they constantly fall off when I’m storing it out of the way or moving it to another location. This probably wouldn’t be a problem if it’s only going to be in one place, but for my space, I need to move it around and considering the rest of the machine is so sturdy and nicely built, the double sided sticky tape situation is disappointing. Lastly, due to my petite frame and small feet, I don’t feel like the rollers squeeze my feet enough to hold it in place and sometimes it feels like they can slip through the rollers (hasn’t happened, but I wish they had put one more hole in the adjustments to account for those with smaller feet)
