The Economy H-PND is great for hyperextensions, which tone your glutes and hamstrings. Hyperextensions can also help increase the flexibility of your hips. With the Economy H-PND, you can practice cross-training, strength training, and weight lifting - with 100-pounds less overall weight than our larger version. By simply changing the steel tubing from 3 x 3-inch to 2 x 2-inch, we used less material without sacrificing this unit's integrity, stability, and function. Tighten and tone your muscles with the Economy H-PND. This machine allows you to target your lower back, glutes, legs, hamstrings, and calves, helping you to develop a lean, muscular build.

“This is a great piece of equipment for what it is designed to do. My only wish is that they would do something different with the handgrips. As they are, the rubber sleeves slide off pretty easily.”

“I have been involved in the strength game for almost fifty years and, at age 65, just got this machine for my home gym. It is built like a tank, is easy to put together and works very, very smoothly. I am already feeling the benefits in my lumbar area. “Great build, solid quality. I couldn't be happier with Titan on the fabrication and at a good cost. For those thinking reverse hypers are one trick ponies you can find additional exercises that are possible with this machine such as leg extensions and rows. I can say this has made a difference in lower back and hip pain, and after 20 years of lifting I wish I had one of these much sooner.”

“Ordered on Friday, received in 2 shipments on the following Tuesday/Wednesday, very fast shipping. No instructions but they were easy to find online. Extremely solid piece of equipment and sharp looking. Great piece for a garage gym!”

“I have to say that Titan has really stepped up their game. I wasnt sure about getting the Economy H-PND but I'm glad I did. It is priced reasonably specially for a garage gym owner. The packaging was great. Putting this together takes a bit if you are doing it alone but for the most part it was easy to assemble.”

“Sturdy, works just like an OG reverse hyper. Would be 5 stars but one of the lock pins was broken right out of the box and falls out of the handle.”
