The Economy H-PND is great for hyperextensions, which tone your glutes and hamstrings. Hyperextensions can also help increase the flexibility of your hips. With the Economy H-PND, you can practice cross-training, strength training, and weight lifting - with 100-pounds less overall weight than our larger version. By simply changing the steel tubing from 3 x 3-inch to 2 x 2-inch, we used less material without sacrificing this unit's integrity, stability, and function. Tighten and tone your muscles with the Economy H-PND. This machine allows you to target your lower back, glutes, legs, hamstrings, and calves, helping you to develop a lean, muscular build.

A vital addition to my training studio! Been prioritizing posterior chain movements for years and this adds yet another movement to the list.

This is a great product! I have had for around 3 months now and I have no complaints. The movement on the arm is smooth. It is a very sturdy piece of equipment with no wobble or play even when moving around on it. The adjustable handles also make it a very comfortable piece of equipment. This was a great purchase, I use it almost daily and have no complaints at all!

This product is on par with the more expensive brand. It holds my 250lb and can hold lot more. 6 plates on pendulum no problem. Grease fittings on bearing housings. I did not use instructions so no comments there. Super happy with this buy.

This piece of equipment is heavy duty. For the price this reverse hyper is a steal. I highly recommend.

It’s way cheaper and does the same work as the expensive ones

There was one portion of the device, during assembly, for which the holes appeared to be about one quarter inch off of where they should have been. My solution was to get a longer thinner bolt at a hardware store to work around the (in my opinion) defect. It is in an accounting office, so there is no danger of equipment failure (there will be minimal weight loaded onto the apparatus). I am very familiar with Reverse Hyper Machines, having used one since 2003. This model is very good. For the money, it is an outstanding value.
