“The assembly on this bench is pretty brutal- assembly instructions show the full assembly when only partial assembly is needed so it's extremely difficult trying to identify the pieces you need. A large upholstery-style pin keeping the fabric on the bench down fell out, I popped it back in so hopefully it stays there. Otherwise I have no complaints with the bench, it does what I bought it to do and is extremely sturdy.”

•Bench came partly assembled making it hard to know if we had all the pieces we needed.
•The portion of our bench that came assembled was done so incorrectly.
•We were missing a #6 bolt and had an extra #7 bolt.
•It came with scratches already in the frame, some that were covered by the bench cushions and others that weren’t. Not what you’d expect for a brand new piece of gym equipment (especially when this company has a “scratch & dent” category on the website where things are discounted for having scratches).”
“The bench itself is great. There is no way to lock in the leg roller without manually tightening the screw each time which is a shame. A pin locking mechanism would be nice for certain exercises and adjusting the leg roller.”
