“The bench arrived partially assembled which was not clear in the instructions and caused some confusion about whether or not pieces were missing. Overall the stability/quality of the bench seems very good, but it arrived with defects in the upholstery and improperly done upholstery nails, so the seams along the seat are already coming undone. Pretty disappointing to have a new bench with visible damage from poor factory construction right out of the box.”
