“I wish the front squat harness wasn't so sharp on the outer corners at the bottom. I'm forced to do much more of a sumo squat so as to spread my knees and thighs in order to avoid gouging/ scratching the heck out of my inner thighs at the full depth of my squat.”

“While perusing the Titan offerings I came upon this front squat harness. After years of bench pressing getting my arms into the rack position for front squats was impossible. I received my harness and after a couple of sessions getting used to the feel am making solid gains. The harness is comfortable to use and adjustable as well. It has a solid feel to it and I feel like I will get years of use. Delivery was quick and ordering easy. All in all a great experience.”

“I got this due to shoulder injury. I wanted to keep front squatting. The padding is good. Stays in place with bar on it. My only issue is that it sits a little further out than I like. I used the top prong to get it as close as possible. I read reviews that said the bottom rubbed the hips and legs when squatting too deep. Yes, this happened. If I focused on squat angle I could fix it, but then I leaned too far the wrong way. Maybe with more time I could perfect it, but it will probably sit in the corner.”

“Great piece to add to my home gym . Now when I do front squats and zercher carries I am not killing my shoulders and forearms!!!!”

“The harness makes it easier to do front squats and zerchers by removing the limiting factor of your arm mobility. Upper back strength still factors in to the lift. Only complaint about this product is that the padding started to separate from the metal of the harness after sitting in a hot garage for a few days; the double-sided tape is a little flimsy for this purpose. To fix it, I just wrapped some duct tape around the harness. No big deal.”

“The same than other reviews, the pad was not properly glued and the cover material got stucked in it. A basic quality control would easily detect this and avoid sending defective products to customers.”

“The harness was received with the padding separating from the the metal. The adhesive used is not sufficient to bond the metal and padding. I saw a couple reviews stating the same problem. Once Titan was aware of the issue why not open the box to check prior to shipping. A couple of minutes would avoid customer dissatisfaction. Perhaps Titan is happy being strictly a value based company.”
