“The cushion makes the bar 2 more inches away from your body. I guess it is unavoidable. Other than that, it is a pretty good equipment for front squat.”

“Definite game changer! The device allowed for a more upright squat position taking strain and tension off of my herniated discs. My husband and I both use it and it works great! My husband's 5'6 and I'm 5'10 and the hight difference hasn't hindered the harness's performance. Great purchase!!”

“Works for me as a beginner... as I am not squatting that much. It fits good and helps keep my back straight.. I gave 3 stars because I cant use the the top section.. along with the opinion of 3 others as well.. the posts are to high. The bar would basically have to go through my neck.”
