“First, I would like to say that I enjoy this harness. I primarily use it for Zercher squats. It can have a tendency to dig into your thighs depending on how low you squat. I'm not sure what could have been done to prevent this. If you have shoulder problems you may want to rethink getting this, since a lot of the weight rests on your shoulders. Just like if you had a backpack on. It's also really great for performing calf raises with. I just grab onto the front of my squat rack to balance, takes a little getting use to. For the price, I don't think it can be beaten.”

“Makes front squats very easy. Prevents shoulder injury. Helps keep the back straight.. I'm on the shorter side so the end of the harness where it joins cuts in to my lower abdomen when I'm at the bottom of the square. Maybe a short version that ends at the bottom of your ribcage would help also... Good product overall.”
