“Chains are nice and chainy. Only issue there was a sharp piece of metal on a link that I had to sand down, I am finding some galvanized powder under them, but I assume this will stop eventually?”

“They work super nice for my box squatting routines. Only issue I see as they're brand new, lots of tiny fragments and shavings come loose doing repetitions. No big deal but I'm a bit of a clean freak and just vacuumed them up after the sessions to avoid tracking shavings all over the gym floor. Great addition to the squats. Looking forward to using on Bench and Deadlifts too. I have mine paired up with the cool Abmat barbell hangers and the links are so big, I can put right through any link for easy adjustment leaving the carabiner in the center for hanging in storage.”

“The chains are awesome. The length and heft of each chain makes them useful for so much more than just hanging from a barbell. I find them more useful than a bunch of smaller chains. They can be applied to any lift for programming variety but as I said the size of them lets you curl press and pull them on their own for a unique experience for typical movement patterns. Your imagination is the only limiting factor. I'm really enjoying mine”
