“I like that these chains are larger and heavier than what you can find elsewhere. They are also priced better than the smaller lighter chains offered elsewhere. My 4 star rating instead of 5 stars is due to the chrome coating on these chains coming off on your hands in tiny glitter like flakes every time you handle them. Immediately after handling them go into decent lighting and look at your palms as you twist your hands back and forth in the light. If your chains are like mine you will see your hands are covered in tiny reflective metal like flakes.”

“These chains came out of the box shiny and perfect. Excellent for dips, pull-ups, squats and bench. Highly recommend to anyone who wants progressive loading in lifts to give you explosive power.”

“It was really the only place I could find 3/4 inch chains. The carabiners are junk and I replaced them already with wide mouth carabiner. But I am really glad with the purchase.”
