“Great for adding linear resistance to bench, squat and DL. I also like using these on their own for high pulls, or adding weight to pull ups and push ups. Price point is good and they come with a large caribiner.”

“Wanted another set of chains. Found these. My old ones are regular dull chains. Normal and perfectly fine. These are shiny so if you want shiny chains these are perfect. If you don't want shiny chains... wear shades. These are still fine.”
