The Cambered Multi-Grip Bar is a specialty training Olympic barbell outfitted to reduce unnecessary strain on your wrists and shoulders. The bend helps stabilize your center of gravity, boosting the security and safety of the exercise. The design allows you to gain a greater range of motion. It features three various knurled textured grips with a single knurl mark to help keep a center hold on the bar. One set is angled 30-degrees and spaced 10-in. apart, and two sets of neutral grips spaced at 20-in. and 28.5-in. apart. Combined with the multiple grips, you can target specific muscle groups with ease. Go from narrow to wide to hit different muscle groups and enjoy the comfort of lifting with an angled neutral grip taking the pressure off the shoulder joints. Whether you are bench pressing or doing rows, the extra 2-in. camber will increase the stretch and pull of each rep, pushing you harder than a standard barbell ever will.

“I have a Body Solid PPR200X rack and the bar fits pretty much perfectly within the spotter arms. The 2" camber is great for a fuller range of motion on a bench, and the neutral grip position feels great for overhead pressing. Knurling isn't too aggressive, but it probably doesn't even need knurling to get a good grip, so I can't complain. Similar cambered swiss/football bars like the Kabuki Kadillac bar don't have knurling at all, and they seem to work just fine. I can only speak as a home gym user, but this bar feels like it will outlast me. Great Titan product. I will add that Titan recently has really upped their shipping game. I have an axle, a reverse hyper, a rotating deadlift handle, and now this from Titan, and their shipping recently has been well protected and everything showed up in great condition. Big improvements in the past 2 years.”
