The Cambered Multi-Grip Bar is a specialty training Olympic barbell outfitted to reduce unnecessary strain on your wrists and shoulders. The bend helps stabilize your center of gravity, boosting the security and safety of the exercise. The design allows you to gain a greater range of motion. It features three various knurled textured grips with a single knurl mark to help keep a center hold on the bar. One set is angled 30-degrees and spaced 10-in. apart, and two sets of neutral grips spaced at 20-in. and 28.5-in. apart. Combined with the multiple grips, you can target specific muscle groups with ease. Go from narrow to wide to hit different muscle groups and enjoy the comfort of lifting with an angled neutral grip taking the pressure off the shoulder joints. Whether you are bench pressing or doing rows, the extra 2-in. camber will increase the stretch and pull of each rep, pushing you harder than a standard barbell ever will.

My bar arrived in good condition, the welds are all good, and the paint coat was uniform. The grips are in a good positions and the camber really adds some versatility to the bar. It is very solid. I would definitely recommend this. With that said, If titan wanted to make it better here's what I would do: -Get rid of the bulky square box around the handles and go with a round thinner metal. If you're doing seated tricep extensions the box bangs against the bench pad and limits your movement. It was fine when I did lying tricep extensions. -Make the grip diameter 29 mm or so. Feels like they're 30+mm, a little on the fat side. -Put a more aggressive knurling on it. I had to use chalk, although that might be because I'm not used to fatter bars. -Make the handle lengths a little smaller. With my hands on the handles I had an inch and a half on either side of my hand, so it required some balancing. This would also help make the box smaller. -I like the positions of the grips. I would make the center one a little further apart (12" instead of 10"). -An observation: because the paint is smooth and there's no ribbing on the sleeves, I think you need proloc collars for this bar.

Just received my bar and it is awesome. It fits great in my rack and is solid as hell! I checked and all my iron plates fit. I placed my order in early June, still during the Pandemic. It was not available only to place a back order so I did. My order arrived 2 days at my home before it was even supposed to ship from Titan. I was extremely pleased about this and their service. The only critique I could have for the bar is I wish the knurling was a little more aggressive, other than that it is awesome. It was my first order with Titan fitness and I can promise to have many more in the future!!

Bar is great!!! I know some people that reviewed this bar online had complained about the welds but the bar I received was in good shape and welds were pretty clean and sharp; no problems there. As far as the function it did take some getting use to because the balance is much different from a regular bar and you must keep good form in order to maintain the right balance with the bar. Other than that I dig the pump I get with it and it makes your normal barbell press feel that much easier. Definitely going to help increase gains and bench press.

I wish the bar had all angled grips but other than that it's great. Came in undamaged packing and the finish was smooth and even. I did buy axel bar collars for it and they barely work because they are so tight so I'm using Olympic bar collars now. The finish has taken a beating already from the plates but this is a sub $200 bar soI don't really care if as long as the finish stays good everywhere else. The knurling is great too.

This is the best item that I have purchased from Titan. The build quality is amazing. The welds looks great, and the powdercoat is even and smooth. The knurling on each grip handle is perfect in my opinion. I was eyeballing a similar bar made by another company that was double the price, and Im glad that I went with this one. Its fairly versatile, and an instant favorite with my partners in my home gym. Get this bar!!

Needed this bar to save my shoulders during bench and press. But because I have a 6'10 wingspan, I need cambered bar to go deeper to really activate the pecs. This does the trick. Also, I prefer this bar for: 1. Hammer Curls 2. OHP 3. Close Grip Press Note: I have the T-3 Tall Rack. If you get this, and it get stuck between the uprights when you rack it, you need to a T-3 Stabilizer Bar--especially if your Rack is not bolted down-- and install it at the bottom parallel to the top pull-up. This will help keep the uprights parallel to one another and will be the perfect amount of space to rack this bar.
