Ok, I've never reviewed a product before but this item is definitely worth it. Let me start by saying that I have chronic tendinitis in both elbows and bilateral shoulder pain. This bar seems to do it all while putting less stress and strain on my joints. I'm able to do bench (all angles), over head presses, curls and triceps. Your creativity is your limit with this bar. It holds more weight than can be lifted. This was a welcomed addition to my home gym at far less of a price than Rogue or some of the other competitors.

It was between this, the rogue, and the elite fts multi grip bars. I am so glad I chose the titan. I Not only saved a lot of money but I wouldn't even want to try another multi grip bar. This bar is exactly what I wanted and it performs better than I expected a multi grip bar to perform. I especially love using it for skull crushers and pullovers. The spacing of the grips is awesome. Good knurling on handles and the camber is really comfortable. Highly recommended. Thank you.

After reading reviews of the v1 straight multigrip bar, I was sure to call and verify that bumper plates would work on this bar. Tech service gave me a "yes," but not enthusiastically -- it was mostly going off of schematic drawings. It arrived in the mail and behold, it works with my Rogue HG bumpers! Powder coat is surprisingly nice. The welds are sloppy but look sturdy. Knurling is coarse but not rough, and the overall build quality seems very good for this price point. I do believe there are better bars on the market, but I'm a home gym enthusiast, not a competitive powerlifter. This bar should last me for the next twenty years.

This is the second specialty bar that I've brought from TITAN (I picked up the cambered squat bar in June) and am impressed with the quality of both bars. The extra 2" will definitely torch your pecs/triceps. I've been using this for a little over a month and my bench went from 330 lbs up to 350 lbs. The inside angled grip is perfect for JM presses and also hammer curls if you get bored. The real bonus is that if you flip the bar you've got a built in 2" 'board' press for overloads. I was debating between this bar and the multi-bar without the camber and I'm glad that I spent the extra $50 to get this one instead. Highly recommended!
