Multi-Grip Camber Bar Reviews

The Cambered Multi-Grip Bar is a specialty training Olympic barbell outfitted to reduce unnecessary strain on your wrists and shoulders. The bend helps stabilize your center of gravity, boosting the security and safety of the exercise. The design allows you to gain a greater range of motion. It features three various knurled textured grips with a single knurl mark to help keep a center hold on the bar. One set is angled 30-degrees and spaced 10-in. apart, and two sets of neutral grips spaced at 20-in. and 28.5-in. apart. Combined with the multiple grips, you can target specific muscle groups with ease. Go from narrow to wide to hit different muscle groups and enjoy the comfort of lifting with an angled neutral grip taking the pressure off the shoulder joints. Whether you are bench pressing or doing rows, the extra 2-in. camber will increase the stretch and pull of each rep, pushing you harder than a standard barbell ever will.

I bought this barbell after searching reviews on YouTube. Many people complained about the welds and the paint chips, it seems to me that Titan was listening. My bar came securely wrapped and was very clean. I bought the bar due to my elbow and shoulder problems, the reviews said it would help and it did. I had my first workout with my bar today and am very pleased. I do not have the discomfort that I normally do working out with a straight bar. I have been working out with a Smith machine and did not have to worry about balance with that in mind, if you are not used to free lifting I recommend starting out with the bar empty to get used to the balance. After my workout I noticed that it hit my triceps more than a straight bar and the rise in the frame did give me an extra stretch in my chest. Normally with a straight bar my shoulders and elbows would give out before my chest could get a good pump, but with this bar it was the other way around. My concern was the box width on the handle chamber, it is 41" wid

The bar is nice. Appears to be well constructed and I like the less "cutty" nurling on the handles. The grips are pretty well positioned. My only issue is there is very little clearance when using it in the rack, less than a quarter inch on each side. I keep banging the side posts of the rack as I try to get this thing back on the j cups.

Ok, I've never reviewed a product before but this item is definitely worth it. Let me start by saying that I have chronic tendinitis in both elbows and bilateral shoulder pain. This bar seems to do it all while putting less stress and strain on my joints. I'm able to do bench (all angles), over head presses, curls and triceps. Your creativity is your limit with this bar. It holds more weight than can be lifted. This was a welcomed addition to my home gym at far less of a price than Rogue or some of the other competitors.

It was between this, the rogue, and the elite fts multi grip bars. I am so glad I chose the titan. I Not only saved a lot of money but I wouldn't even want to try another multi grip bar. This bar is exactly what I wanted and it performs better than I expected a multi grip bar to perform. I especially love using it for skull crushers and pullovers. The spacing of the grips is awesome. Good knurling on handles and the camber is really comfortable. Highly recommended. Thank you.

After reading reviews of the v1 straight multigrip bar, I was sure to call and verify that bumper plates would work on this bar. Tech service gave me a "yes," but not enthusiastically -- it was mostly going off of schematic drawings. It arrived in the mail and behold, it works with my Rogue HG bumpers! Powder coat is surprisingly nice. The welds are sloppy but look sturdy. Knurling is coarse but not rough, and the overall build quality seems very good for this price point. I do believe there are better bars on the market, but I'm a home gym enthusiast, not a competitive powerlifter. This bar should last me for the next twenty years.

This is the second specialty bar that I've brought from TITAN (I picked up the cambered squat bar in June) and am impressed with the quality of both bars. The extra 2" will definitely torch your pecs/triceps. I've been using this for a little over a month and my bench went from 330 lbs up to 350 lbs. The inside angled grip is perfect for JM presses and also hammer curls if you get bored. The real bonus is that if you flip the bar you've got a built in 2" 'board' press for overloads. I was debating between this bar and the multi-bar without the camber and I'm glad that I spent the extra $50 to get this one instead. Highly recommended!
