I really like this trap bar and it has finally allowed me to push past the weight I was stuck at due being unable to load enough weight on in my home gym. The big down side is that it requires assembly, the instructions in the box is simple a QR code to a webpage on titan’s site . . . which goes nowhere. So that was fun as the assembly is not entirely intuitive. I used the pictures on the product page to figure it out. I’d give it 5 stars if there was a working instructions page.

Over all it is good, but the sleeves are too fat causing the plates not to go on easily. I may need to sand the sleeves down somehow.

It's an open trap bar. Small and large handles have some razor sharp knurling that is nice for heavier weights, but my wife dislikes it. Can't find a comfortable way to use lower handles, so all deadlifts are a bit higher than I would normally like. Overall it's nice, but not quite excellent.

Overall, this is a great open trap bar. Works well with my rack as well. I have a home set up and the front metal pads are the only problem. Titan does need to have a front rubber bumper option for those pads. I would gladly buy a set molded for the design of the metal pads as an add-on.

The Giant Open Trap bar is a great addition to the Home Gym. Coming from only having one barbell in the gym, it's nice to have a dedicated bar for deadlifts and other workouts that can be easily loaded with weights. The Knurling is aggressive but this is more of a con for new lifters. My biggest complaints are with how much the bar needs to be bolted together and the lack of access to an assembly manual. As someone else said in the reviews, I was also unable to access the manual online and had to email support to get PDF instructions. I was able to put together the bar after comparing bolt sizes and referencing pictures. I understand the move to digital manuals but I ordered this bar on March 27 and I am still unable to access the online manual from the website. Overall a Great and solid bar once put together.

The bar itself is fantastic, highly recommend it if you're in the market for a trap bar. Unfortunately, I received mine with out the hardware kit, so with no bolts or screws I obviously couldn't assemble the bar. I called customer service, and they told me I had to look up the user manual and find the specific hardware I was missing and then let them know. Frustrating, bit ok. Except the link for the manual was broken. So I had to call customer service again, explain everything again, and this person said they would send out the hardware kit. For some cost saving reason, they send it out with the slowest shipping method available, so two weeks later I finally got the hardware and could assemble the bar. Mistakes happen and parts sometimes go missing, I get that, but the customer service aspect to resolve the issue was poor at best. Have definitely had far better experiences with Rogue, EliteFTS, and even Rep Fitness. Will definitely consider this in the future when I buy more gym equipment.
