“This is my second sonic electric tooth brush and I have been happy with both although the first stopped working as the on/off switch got stuck down.
I have however not been happy with the updated version which has an extremely short rechargeable period of less than one week. I have complained to customer service and told to take a video of me charging it/try a different charger. Neither which are particularly helpful especially as I should be seen as a valued returning customer and be sent a replacement without any questions asked”

“Whilst the toothbrush itself is good, the customer service of this company is APPALLING. I had a toothbrush head break when I tried to remove it, meaning I can't use the toothbrush. I have now been trying to resolve this problem for a MONTH. I am being asked the same question numerous times, and my responses are being ignored. It's like hitting my head against a brick wall.
Unfortunately, I can't recommend this company, as if you have a problem with a product, then there will be no resolution and the communication is a shambles. This is a real shame, as I've been a customer for three years, and have bought many toothbrushes for family members.”
