“I have had my sonic toothbrush for just over 1 year and I love it! Its compact case makes it so easy to travel with. It’s effective with three different settings to choose from and the timer is so handy with 30 second blocks so you don’t go too long on one area while brushing.
Unfortunately my toothbrush recently malfunctioned and the vibration stopped working. I contacted the customer service team who were extremely helpful. From their speedy reply to helpful information on how I may have been able to fix my brush, to then supplying me with a replacement within a couple of days, I cannot fault them!”

“I'm afraid I had to give this toothbrush away. It cleaned my teeth very well, but I found the noise in my head very loud and vibration of it was very uncomfortable especially if the brush touched my lips, gums or tongue.”

“I had never used an electric toothbrush before. Initially the vibration was a shock and uncofortable but I soon got used to it. It does seem to be an improvemnt on a manual. The product seems of good qulaity although teh replacment heads are clearly overpriced.”
