Our Sonic Toothbrush has three different settings with various amplitude ranges to suit every individual need: Sensitive, Clean and White. If you find the White setting too strong, I would recommend switching to the Sensitive setting in order to adjust comfortably to the Sonic Toothbrush. You can then move up to the Clean or White setting.
