My boyfriend has issues adjusting to it (he constantly feels tingles that are annoying him), I don't. My teeth feel very clean. When I'm flossing afterwards I almost don't have anything between my teeth which wasn't the case with my regular toothbrush. I got 3 heads with it which means I am good for the next 9 months.
