“I get these on an oh so regular basis. They do not last long. They have very soft bristles which splay very easily. I don't suppose they would change the design as they must sell more that way. I m sure other people have the same problem. No way do they last 3 months. However I am happy with the battery and speeds on the toothbrush which I think are excellent.”

We understand your frustration regarding the bristles splaying easily. The reason our heads feature very soft and flexible bristles is to ensure a gentle, effective clean that protects your gums and tooth enamel. However, we know that aggressive brushing or higher speeds can sometimes cause faster wear. We are constantly reviewing customer feedback like yours to improve durability while maintaining that gentleness.
