“The flosser is brilliant, especially easy to keep clean if you live in hard water areas. Only 3 star because if you need a replacement tip you have to buy the whole pack of 4 different ones at £12 a pack. Unnecessary expense and not good for the environment. This needs to change Spotlight.”

“My parcel is not delivered yet. I'm having a chat with your courier Yodel every day from one week now and they keep saying it will be delivered tomorrow and nothing happened. I think i have to send some invoices to them for my time spent on chat with them. Can you please check with them what is going on and if they are not able to deliver it till tomorrow I want refund. “It is good once you get used to it, but there is quite a learning curve!
The video on the website is quite useless and bares no resemblance at all to the reality.
It is not that easy to hold as it is large, and I keep accidentally switching modes whilst in use.
I would like it to have a "low battery" option too, like an electric toothbrush does, so that it does not peter out mid-flow.
Apart from all that, once you get used to handling it, I think it is probably very efficient and good for gum health.”
