I love this water flosser but in my experience it is not very reliable or long lasting. I have had several issues with it where it has failed. Fortunately Spotlight's customer service team are excellent, 5 stars for them definitely!
The poor reliability of this product is such a shame as when it works it is brilliant and I really would not want to be without it.
Sadly each time I use it, I am wondering how long before it breaks down.”

“Really pleased with this Water Flosser which I have looked at for ages now but the extra discount gave me that extra nudge to put it in my basket, it is easy to use and clean. I love the idea that the bateria is killed by the UV light function, the pressure of the water is really good, takes a little getting used to it and getting the hang of it but wow does your mouth feel super clean afterwards - well worth the spend.”
