“Floss action is great. Fitting on the tank/ screwing in on is a bit time consuming (threads not great). But a couple of minutes gets it on. Many thanks folks”

“I’m really disappointed with this product. It’s not powerful and isn’t a substitute for flossing with tooth floss. It did not clean in between my teeth and my teeth did not feel as clean as they would after traditional flossing. This product is a complete waste of money and false advertising in my opinion.”

It would have received 5 stars if it came with 2 sets of the basic attachments so more than one person can use it. Although I have since purchased an extra set.
Spotlight were badly let down by their logistics carrier (Amazon) as original product was delivered to the wrong address.
However, I dealt with Jacqui in Customer Service and she was magnificent and really helped us get a replacement sent out with a different carrier who delivered promptly!
Still getting used to using a water flosser without choking - but that's just me being an idiot!”
