“I absolutely love this Water Flosser and could not be without one now.
The only slight negative being that the ones I have had have not been long lasting and have stopped working after some months. However, each time, Customer Service has been brilliant and have sent me a replacement.
If I could only use one dental aid, I would give up my toothbrush, floss and interdental brushes, and keep the Water Flosser!”

“The flosser power is ok but the tips are difficult to turn while flossing making it hard to get to the harder to get to areas of your mouth. Also the only reason I chose this flosser over others was because of the UV light however after only 4 weeks it has stopped working. Not good.”

“I phoned up to discuss my requirements and I was carefully listened to by a very polite and helpful person. I have sinced received my flosser and I am delighted with it. I live in a hard water area and can I suggest that in those circumstances care is taken to ensure only soft (bottled) water is used.”
“I have upgraded from the original Spotlight water flossed. This new model has a much larger resovior and is easier to fill. Occasionally I do have difficulty attaching the resovior after filling as it is difficult to find the right thread but am getting used to it.”
