“Unfortunately the UV part on my latest flosser stopped working. I let Customer Service know and they immediately replaced it for me.
I really love this water flosser and feel it has improved my gum health tremendously so would hate to be without it.

“I have used it for 2 weeks now and it’s doing its job nicely, so no issues there.
I am giving it 4 stars for its aspect. Although it came in a very nice box, as a high quality product, I am quite disappointed. The plastic looks very cheap. Hopefully is just an appearance and the product itself will be resilient.”
