“I’ve deducted one star as I find it difficult to screw it back together especially after water is in it, not sure it isn’t a fault? But apart from that it is very good and easy to clean unlike other flossers I’ve had previously.”

So does my hygenist - she says that the jury's out for water flossers but I should keep doing what I'm doing since my teeth/pockets are in great condition.
I use twice per day, once with a little mouthwash added in.”
“Flosser is a great piece of kit. Firstly I will say that I had a problem with the water tank, not fitting properly. However I got in touch with spotlight team and they promptly sent out a new one....works great and service 1st rate.
I have had other water flossers, which have broken on the water intake hinge, being a plastic hinge. This product has a reservoir that screws on....its a much better design. The flossers attachment heads are also great

“Very pleased with product. However, very difficult, I would say impossible to twist the tank on to the device as instructed. Having studied it, one needs to line up the two items at a particular spot and press together before twisting as threading in itself not reliable”
