“I purchased this water flosser as a Christmas gift for my wife after a lot of research. It seemed to have good reviews overall.
As to using it, it takes a little while to get used to it and use it in the best way. It does produce excellent results.
However, this is a major problem with the design / build quality. My wife found it almost impossible to make the tips stay in the flosser. I had to do this and found it took considerable effort to insert the tips to make sure they stayed inserted. Is this a build issue on the flosser we have or a general quality issue?
If this problem was fixed I would be happy to give it more stars and a more positive review.”

“I was a little apprehensive as to how a water flosser would effectively clean between the teeth but so far it seems to be working well. It is a little fiddly to get right without water going everywhere including down the front of the flosser which I'm a bit worried about. It does use a lot of water and it needs to be refilled several times to complete the whole mouth. Comes with 4 attachments which need to be replaced every 3 months.”

“We bought this to replace the original Spotlight Water Flosser which was fiddly to refill and difficult to clean. We really like this new Water Flosser; it's easy to use and to refill and we really like the UV addition. Our only comment is that it's a shame that the cleaning tips have a different fitting to the original as we have a stock of spare tips that we cannot use”
