“clarity is outrageous. paired to the Rega P6 match made in heaven. getting details galore. “I often wondered how much impact an upgraded cartridge would have and I am super pleased to say that this was a substantial one. The level of detail I hear now over my entry level Hana (great in its own right) is amazing. Just the granularity and channel separation has taken my audio experience to a new level of satisfaction. Very pleased. Thank you as always for a real, personal level of service by real people that truly care about the music and their customers. So, so refreshing in our modern era.”

“Months ago I decided to upgrade my worn out Ortofon Black MM cartridge. After some research, and multiple conversations with the staff here, I decided on making the jump up to my first MC cartridge. I've tested this cartridge with different tubes, and a solid state amplifier, and what I can say for sure is that the Hana is definitely a smoother cartridge. Everything is presented how the record intends for it to be presented, rather than things always sounding bright or always sounding warm, etc. When listening to UHQR's and the like, it presents the detail, clarity, and soundstage one would desire. When spinning lower quality records, modern digital records, they are more pleasant to listen to (to my ears, and in my room) than the previously owned MM cartridges I've used. Everything feels more balanced, less harsh, and just smooth. I love this shop and this staff.”

“Made the upgrade from a MoFi Master Tracker to this ML. After some time with this cartridge it started to open up and reveal it self in all its glory. Very impressed at how much it changed my listening sessions. I'm not knocking the Mastertracker which came on my Ultra Deck purchased here as I enjoyed it also. Love the past purchases made at Upscale always first class service...”

“Best cartridge that retails for $1200. Lots of detail due to microcline stylus that matches the shape of the mastering record cutting stylus! High purity copper. And other characteristics make sound smooth. Sounds better than a lot cartridges costing considerably more $.”
