I will go ahead and give it the 5-star rating now, because I already know it's going to be exactly what I was looking for. I can tell just by watching the demo videos of Mr. Kirmuss and listening to him explaining the science behind it, that him and you know what's up! In fact it was those videos that made me choose this machine/mechanical process over all of the other ones out there. IT MAKES SENSE. I still haven't started yet because I wanted first to make sure I have everything I need because I just want to make sure I don't run out of anything during the process. Well I have everything now except for the Kirmuss Audio inner record sleeves. I want to make sure I have the right sleeves to store the records in! Y'all have some on order for me as we speak. Now I DO have 2 new packs of the MoFi sleeves and 2 pks of the Nagoaka inner sleeves, but I heard those won't be good enough because those can still grow fungus in them. So as soon as those Kirmuss sleeves come in, which I'm told won't be in until May or June!... I will immediately begin the process! THANK YOU!

Frankly, this thing is the best cleaning system available. Rating 4 stars becasue it's a complicated process, but the end result is truly stellar.

Great product for keeping your vinyl sounding like new. Restores your vinyl to as close as possible to original condition - don't confuse with record cleaning. You will will need to invest time, repetition and attention to detail to use this system properly. However on the up side its worth the $$ personal audio gratification. My only criticism i encourage Mr. Kirmus to invest in a professional user training video production to accompany the purchase, rather than a collection of home-grown hoge-poge videos on utube I will ALWAYS use Upscale audio for professional HIFI gear!

Great potential, but some issues. First, and not terribly important, but an issue, is that the temperature indicator lights go up to red almost immediately, when water is not at all warm. More troublesome is that the slots closest to the motor mechanism on the underside of the lid are easily misjudged, letting the record be scratched by contacting that hard plastic if the record isn't inserted perfectly vertically. Along the same line, and the biggest issue by far with potential for serious record damage, is that the foam guides/strips are apparently not glued in very well, as I have had 3 of them peel out of that little housing while operating, again leading to records being scratched against that hard plastic housing. When it wasn't falling apart, it was great. Unfortunately, that lid situation has led to me having several scratched records that were perfect before. Is there a better solution to those little foam strip housings? There were a couple extra included, but at this point I'm worried that I'm going to wreck more of my valuable records. Any suggestions, or is there an improvement in the works?
