“The remote controlled potentiometer failed in my Prologue Premium integrated and I decided the best place to send it for repair was UPSCALE AUDIO. Sending an amplifier this heavy is not a small feat but UPSCALE received it without any shipping damage. !st attempt didn't go well so I sent it back with freight paid by UPSCALE. The 2nd attempt was successful and I'm using it now without issues. I will add that the service provided by UPSCALE was 1st class and I will continue to have UPSCALE "deal" with any issue I have with an audio component. Thank you, Andrew”

“I have owned it now for 4 months and it still does not work. I’ve paid an IT expert approx $300 and still nothing, plus all the calls to your store. Unfortunately I’ll likely be sending this back.”
