Such a fast turnaround. Upscale actually fixed and shipped back ON the day they received my PrimaLuna Amp. Fixed perfectly and it is back home singing where it belongs...thanks

I have owned it now for 4 months and it still does not work. I’ve paid an IT expert approx $300 and still nothing, plus all the calls to your store. Unfortunately I’ll likely be sending this back.

My remote for the Prima Luna preamp started eating up batteries in a few days. Upscale Audio asked me to send it to them as it was still under warranty, and they would take care of it. I had it back in a few days good as new. This is the level of customer service that keeps me coming back.

I purchased an amazing PL Dialogue Premium Preamp that unfortunately got sick. However one call to Upscale Audio they had me explain what was happening to John T in service. I had a return label sent to my email and the next day my preamp was on it's way back to Upscale. A big thanks to John T in service. He fixed the problem fast, emailed me about what he found and shipped it right away. Great help and fast service from everyone at Upscale Audio Thanks Dan McCabe
