I was looking to up grade my phono stage and I narrowed it down to the KC Vibe MK II and the Vincent PHO 701. I spoke with Bill who was really great with given me in depth product knowledge on both… I already have the Vincent SV 737. After weighing the two I went with the Sutherland.,, It really brought new life to my LP’s…. The instrument separation really brought out more detail in my music. The Police Ghost in The machine had greater detail…. Stewart Copland’s drumming was forward and exciting without being fatiguing. Stings bass runs were electric while being relaxing…. Next up was Dire Straights self titled debut album. Side one Down to the Waterline blew me away.,, Such great detail was coming out my Polk R 700’s I thought Mark Knopfler was playing guitar right in front of me… The final test was Jethro Tull’s Aqua Lung….. Wow I was blown away with the sound…. I was on cloud nine and as happy as I could be with this purchase… Thanks Bill for the service and following up to make sure I was 100 percent happy… Thanks again to Bill for helping me with the decision to upgrade to the 2M Ortofon Black MM cartridge my vinyl sounds live, vibrant, and brings me much joy and happiness….. Upscale Audio is my go to for all my audio needs.. You will be extremely pleased when you buy from them…!

I was looking to upgrade my vinyl phono stage. Looking to pair it with my Vincent SV 737. Joel who sold me my Vincent and my Polk R700s speakers said to me let me transfer you to Bill one of our analog specialist. Bill was awesome! He listened to all my questions and concerns gave me great advice and I decided on the the KC vibe II. It really sounds good Bill also helped me decide which MM cartridge would pair with it for optimal sound. I spin a lot of records a I was between the 2M Bronze and 2M Black. The KC Vibe is excellent sounding up grade to my system. You have multiple settings to accommodate MM or MC. There is more air and space between instruments it sounds so much better. As impressive as the equipment that Upscale Audio sales it wouldn’t mean anything without their ability to go above and beyond when it comes to their customer service. Bill recommended a slight VTA adjustment on my tone arm to really dial in the sound. A week after receiving my new Kc vibe II and 2M Black cartridge he called back to check to make sure I was happy. Thank you Bill I very happy and already planning my next up grade….

It's so hard to write a review for the KC Vibe because it simply does everything right. It's quiet. Very quiet. Quieter than any other phono stage I've used. Whatever Voodoo magic was infused in thing allows it to be simultaneously punchy, engaging, and exciting but without a single hint of grain or fatiguing qualities. Music is simply vibrant through this preamp. Easily the best sub $1000 phono stage I've heard. I can't even imagine what the rest of the Sutherland lineup sounds like.
