“This has proven to be a must-buy part for anyone that plans to flash tune their ECU. I have an APR Stage 1- 93 octane tune and an Unitronic CAI on my mk 6 GTI. When the car was stock, the OE diverter valve was doing its job just fine. But as soon as I started upgrading software and hardware on the car, the OE DV starts to leak air. In my case, when I would give it boost and at high RPMs (3-6K rpms) there would be a loud hissing whistle type noise coming from the turbo location. I would hear it mainly with windows down and it was loud. After installing this part, the whistle is gone and it helps my tuned GTI keep all the boost it makes. I definitely recommend this GFB DV+.”

“This DV upgrade is the ticket! Instant difference in power and throttle response. Definitely holding all that boost now. Install was a breeze. Turbo noise has a little sharper pitch and isn’t as frequent as before the upgrade with my IE intake but overall pretty satisfied.”
