“I ordered a pair of boots for fathers day. They were sent to the wrong address. I sent them back and ordered the same boots in a larger size the wrong colour was sent. I now have to return the boots and pay for return postage. Father is still without a fathers day present!”

“Bought the Cat Black boots. Shame the brand isn’t detailed like on the lighter coloured boots, but it’s their none the less, in black. A good sturdy boot, which is what you’d expect from Cat. Very comfy. Padded ankle.”

“The colour I ordered on the site was called “golden” the colour they sent was their royal brown. They have the box under golden but send you a dark brown shoe So they need to either sort their site out or their manufacturers Also the customer service reps are bad and unhelpful over the phone. They need a better returns service also. And when they are making you pay for returns the appeal of buying from USC becomes nil”
