“These looked like really nice boots. However when I tried them on they were at least a size too big. I wear a size 4 in caterpillar boots, so had ordered a 4. These were more like a 5. I have had to return them for a refund.”

“The boots got delivered in a battered and torn box that mostly consisted of cello tape .I am still waiting for a reply from usc after sending them an email venting my frustrations”
