“I never actually received my boots, I have emailed customer services but not heard anything back in days, the courier claimed it was signed for but wasn't, they put a card through door saying left near shed, cannot locate the parcel anywhere”

“I orderered a pair of caterpillar boots and when they arrived i was very disappointed with what i found. Firstly i opened the package to find a broken box with a note saying broken on it and it had obviously been repaired with sellotape. Then when i opened the box i found a pair of boots that looked like they had already been worn! There were several marks on both pairs and the stiching had come away on one them. I called your store at the Forge who reserved another pair for me but when i got there were also marks on those boots. They told me there was another pair at the store on Argyle street but when i got there the boots they had were also dirty! I then tried to get a refund but was told this was not possible because the stiching was a manufacturing problem. I think you need to review your policies as this is not the first time i have had problems with your products or your staff, the customer service at the store in Argyle street is shocking!”
