“Love these shoes! I wear them to work in the rain and I’m amazed that my feet are always dry. The only thing I would alter is maybe the soles. It gets a little slippery on some concrete when wet. That’s the only thing. For a waterproof shoe, it’s phenomenal, thank you!”

“Have worn these shoes for about 30 hrs. The waterproofness is amazing at the moment..I have jumped in small streams and large puddles to test and its great. They look good too.
My only critique is that they are not the most comfortable shoe. They seem to have a large toe box area which is good for my feet but they cut into my ankle a little bit especially when sitting/driving (when ankle is flexed). I also took them on a 10 miles walk around the city and got some minor blisters and very sore feet by the end. I never get blisters and sore feet in regular joggers even if they are brand new. I think the cushioning has lots of room for improvement.”

As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support - some people love this whereas some people don't. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for more customized fit and comfort. “These are nice looking shoes and are perfect for the Vancouver wet and slushy weather when boots seem like overkill but your feet are always wet. The only reason I give 4 is because I was buying for someone who is a 10.5 shoe size and the 11's are too big but the 10's would be too small. If Vessi had half sizes I would rate them 5 star although I can't comment on how long they last as we just bought them and I'm really hoping they don't stretch as we kept the 11's which were a bit big.”
