“Initial pair were a little small so weโre sent back for an exchange. Hassle free and the new pair fit perfectly. Company were extremely easy to deal with and helpful.”
“Fits like a glove. That's the problem! Never had a shoe that fit so well. I keep expecting to find something wrong with it, but it's a great shoe. Unfortunately for me, I have a medication that keeps making my feet swell on top and sometimes it gets a little uncomfortable. To be clear, that's not the shoes fault, but I do wish there was a bit more freedom of movement on the top of the shoe. I would not hesitate to recommend this shoe to anybody.”
Hi Gregory,
Sorry to hear that this did not work out for you! Maybe you would like to give the Weekend collections a try, the knit material is more relaxed and does not hug very tight on your feet unlike the Everyday collections wherein they could fit very snug.
We hope to hear from you again!
“These are my first pair of Vessi's.
I was shocked at the fit! Most shoes tend to make my toes hurt for the first couple of days because I have a wider foot, and my toes tend to get cramped in most shoes.
These are like the Cadillac's for my toes.
I've also only had the chance to wear them in wet weather, ONCE - and my feet were protected.
The only complaint I have so far, is that there is a sound my shoe makes when I walk, that makes it sound like I'm farting.”
Hi Amir,
Wow, we like the sound of that - Cadillac's for your toes!
No worries, we do have a few solutions for the squeak. One reason for the noise could be the suede lace cage rubbing against the upper knit, for that you could try a touch of WD-40 between them to help with friction. Also, hockey tape might work for that too.
Another option could be trapped moisture between the insole and the actual shoe, in which case corn starch or baby powder inside the shoe and between those areas could help there too.
Hope this helps!
“They are very good! Sometimes if worn with low socks the edge of the shoe rubs against the skin of the ankle and can irritate it. But the isn't often. Other than that great shoes”
“They *do* run wide and thats a plus for me. Not clown shoe wide as one person said but I dont have Kangaroo feet either. There is no arch support and what support is there is up front under the ball of where your toes attach to your feet. Think 11.5 should be a better size for my own feet. I think the insoles should be redesigned for better arch support and better fit. Too late to send them back now :(”
Hi Steve,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review โ we always appreciate getting feedback from our customers. We're very sorry to hear the insoles are not working out for you. We completely understand why you may be feeling frustrated. To help you understand why this may be happening, we would like to provide some insight on our product.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis provide relatively low arch support and designed for lightweight activity. We have customers who find Vessis very comfortable and wear them on the daily. However, we understand that not all feet are identical but we try to cater to the most we can! Which is why we made our insoles removable so some people can use their own insoles for additional support. We typically recommend Dr. Scholl's as they provide a variety for you to choose from.
One of our agents have already reached out to see if there is something we can do for you! Thank you again for reaching out to us, and if you have any further feedback we would love to hear it.
