Thanks for the kind words and support! As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support - some people love this whereas some people don't. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for more customized fit and comfort. That said, we will certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.

Waterproof shoes compared to normal non-waterproof shoes will be less breathable as they are designed to keep water out. Vessi, compared to conventional waterproof shoes like rubber boots or hiking boots, will be more breathable because of its knit structure.
Here are some tips to help increase the breathability of your shoes: 1.) Wear your shoes with socks - Cotton socks tend to help wick moisture and heat away from your feet. When you are wearing your shoes without socks on, the cozy inner layer acts as your socks and absorbs your sweat, which may wear them down over time (not to mention - the inside of your shoes start to stink too!). 2.) Size up - If the fit of your shoes are too tight, the feeling of stuffiness may become more apparent. I recommend going up a size to allow more room for you to wiggle your toes.
