“I REALLY wanted to love these, they just hurt my feet. I’ve worn them several days at my job where I’m on my feet for most of my day, and they’ve gotten a bit more comfortable, but I can’t wear them more than 1 day in a row. They’re also not cute with socks. And make your feet stink without socks. It’s a lose lose. Love that they’re waterproof, just wish I’d gone with the all black because they get dirty really quickly wearing them out and about.”

We're very sorry to hear that your Vessis have not been providing you the comfort you're looking for. As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support - some people love this whereas some people don't. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for more customized fit and comfort. That said, we will certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.

“I got these for my mom and she says she loves almost everything about them...except for the fact that she got the light grey colour and they get REALLY dirty looking after wearing them outside for a minimal amount of time (and being conscious of where she is stepping). They do clean up nice, however she really wishes she got the all black colour so she didn't have to worry about cleaning them after every single wear. Other than that, the comfort and fit are awesome, and they are truly 100% waterproof.”

Vessi are still a knit shoe at the end of the day and hard to keep clean particularly for the light coloured pairs. But, we're glad that you find them easy to clean. Maybe it'll definitely be a good idea to have a light and dark coloured pairs so we can choose which pair is perfect for our activity or for the weather on that day. :)
