“I love these shoes because they are waterproof, I just wish they had a tad more support for my arches. I got my normal size 7 because the size down felt a little too snug and I knew I’d be uncomfortable. Overall I do love my vessi’s!!”
We really appreciate the review, thank you Holly! Vessis are designed to have a cloud-like comfort, but relatively low arch support. Because of this we've made the insoles easily removable so they can be replaced with your own pair to provide better comfort. “I got myself and my mom a pair and we both love them. However, I got the wrong size for both of us after l read online and confirmed with your online customer support that I should order a size down than our usual size—this wasn’t in fact the case as the shoes are already in women’s sizes. As a result, we both had the wrong size
Unfortunately I didn’t alert my mom to ordering her a 7 instead of her usual 8, and she wore them. She says they’re ok, a bit tight, but now that she’s worn them, we can’t return them. I returned mine no problem and the new shoes came quickly
My point is—I don’t think you need to suggest sizing down on your website if you’ve already figured this out on the shoes (says both men’s and women’s sizing right on the shoe box...)”
“Loving my Vessi’s. Morning walks in my backyard with my puppy no longer make my socks wet! I’m also enjoying the extra support of the Weekend style. I would have given them 5 stars but the marble white color I chose is very difficult to keep clean.”
“Wore the sneakers out for the day (more than 10 hours), and they are really comfortable. The sole of the sneakers are non slip too. The only discomfort I had was the initial 3-4 hours of wearing where the top part of my feet had a lot of pressure from the sneakers. Although this didn’t last too long, and I took them off awhile before putting them back on. I love that the sneakers are extremely easy to remove and put on without untying or removing the laces.”
