“Unfortunately the low marks is because I had ordered my usual menthol and I had just about ran out waiting on my liquid to arrive. My parcel arrived only to find out that it wasn't mine. I live in Wales and the package was for a customer in Aberdeen. I had to call them and recieved my liquid the following day. Not impressed for the first time a day with no liquid”
