“Triple Ice was soooo very much better before it was changed. Even the colour isn’t helpful as it’s difficult to see how much is going into the tank. I have been loyal to this brand and flavour. Agree with other reviewers, there was a kick a hit if you like but now not. Tried others but nothing matches the old pink one. Hard to squeeze the bottles too.”

“I've benn using Vip menthol oil for 10 years and I consider myself a loyal customer. But since the shape of the bottle had changed the oil is not the same at all. It tastes cheap and it doesn't satisfy. I now have to order my oil online now because all of your shops have closed. When I make my order online I keep hoping that the oil is the one I have always bought but my last two orders it has not. Why change the oil to this unsatisfactorily oil. It looks like you will loose me as a loyal customer as I are now looking elsewhere. Please go back to the original menthol oil.”

“Please please please go back to the old flavour. It’s totally different than the normal ones and clear instead of coloured and I’m going through soooo much liquid much more than I usually do per month. I also have really bad arthritis and can’t squeeze it out. It is a much harder plastic than the old one. Really not impressed with the new packaging or liquid.”

“U have been using triple menthol ever seen nice I gave up smoking a few years ago as it was the best flavour on the market. The re-vamped flavour is just awful, please go back to the old recipe.”
