“I'm with everyone else. Been buying this for 7 years as it was the only menthol I truely,enjoyed. The new flavour is no different to all the other cheap brands on the market and tastes awful! PLEASE bring back the original flavour as until then I will have to look else where.”

“Have been using VIP and the triple menthol ice for over 6 years and then suddenly the flavour changes. Please please go back to the old version or at least the old flavour. This new version tastes horrible. Clearly from the reviews I’m not the only person who feels this way. You appear to be loosing customers as a result of this change in formula and I will be one of them. A shame really. You are driving all your regular spenders away by not paying attention to their feedback.”

“I've been using this for years and then you up and change the flavour to the sub zero mint! It tastes exactly the same. Please please bring back the old flavour! You have lost another customer and by the look of the other reviews, you have lost a lot more. From me, you lost £60 a month.”

“Have been a loyal customer of VIP since I gave up smoking and sadly will have to go elsewhere. Firstly they stopped doing the H2 rebuildable clearomiser now the triple menthol 20mg oils. The 18 mg tastes completely different,and not in a good way. So disappointed.”
