Why has this been changed no menthol taste at all order the same one every time old one was a pinky colour strength 20 new one is a clear colour strengh 18 is so bad it taste like pound land one what is going one unhappy customer

I have been using this e-liquid for Yeaaaaaars and it was my absolute favorite. My last order was a big disappointment.... They changed the flavor and the taste and it is now horrible.... I'd ordered 20 bottles.... don't know what to buy now....

I had been using triple menthol ice in the old flavor ever since I gave up smoking, but the new flavor tastes disgusting, I will never buy VIP again. GO BACK TO THE OLD FLAVORS PLEASE!

Totally not understand your decision about new flavor the old style was AMAZING THE BEST now? Now taste like from pound shop, cheap and smell horrible. I have to find another so you lost another client but if you bring back old style let us know by email, thanks
