Having used this since moving to vaping from tobacco I am so disappointed at the change of flavour. Tastes cheap and unpleasant. Will be visiting a vape shop to try and find something close to the original flavour. Can only hope you will listen to all the reviewers and revert to what used to be a great product.

Like many of the people leaving feedback for this item I have been a loyal VIP customer since giving up smoking oh so many years ago, spending over £25 a month on e fluid. However the change in taste and strength of the new and “improved” formula is nothing short of a vile abomination. After putting up with it for months and after reviving excellent customer service at another vendor who took the time to reply to my enquiry as to the nearest alternative I have decided to take my business elsewhere. That’s over £25 a month lost. I’m sure your competition will enjoy the new business your lack of response to customer feedback is generating.

OMG what have you done to the triple menthol ice? I loved this e liquid and now i can’t use it. It has lost its kick and I can’t use it. Please bring back the original pinK flavour or you will lose me as a regular customer. If it works why change it ? The new flavour is bland and has no kick. Please revert back to the old one ASAP . .

Like many things this has been downsized from 20mg to 18mg and kept at the same price to inflate profits. You'd think the 10% difference would go unnoticed, but it does. The hit is less and you'll be inhaling more to compensate. The new bottle is also cheaper too. Can't say I'm impressed and will be looking to source my liquid elsewhere. But the cynic in me says they'll all be at it anyway.

I have always used this vape juice, it was the best I have ever tried but the last lot I ordered from you was horrible. You have replaced it with poor quality vape liquid, I've had better from the pound shop. I wont be ordering any more unless you change it back to the original liquid.

Like other reviewers we have been buying triple menthol ice for several years. It is the only thing that keeps bringing us back to VIP. The new version is unpleasant- very sweet with a nasty aftertaste. Won’t be buying again unless they change back to the old version. In the meantime goodbye VIP as there is no reason to shop from you any more.

as with all the other complaints, i have used VIP for over 10 years only use Triple Menthol Ice its is now a clear liquid and taste is horrible please bring back old flavour, i have 6 left i will have to start buying elsewhere or even better drop this habit
