“This new Triple Ice Menthol is terrible, tastes nothing like the original. Why on earth have you changed it? Reading through all reviews, and it's the same comments from everyone. Huge mistake and no pre warning of the change.”

“As per previous review, the change to this flavour is awful. Please change it back, it tastes nothing like menthol and nothing like the flavour I've been vaping for the past 5 years or so. If you have a good product why change it and make it worse? Really disappointing.”

“it maybe new ...but sure isnt improved . .its disgusting..tastes sooo chemically..awful like furniture polish...and gives u a sore throat too boot...i will have too look for new supplier and liquid after nearly 4 years of using this product ..taste like a poundshop one now ..and not too even advise your customers”

“I have been a vip customer for over 5 years and utterly disappointed that you have changed this product and still marketing it as the same! It is nothing like the original, cheap and nasty and a similar product can be bought cheaper in bargain stores!! Cheek to sell it as premium! Very disappointed and won’t be purchasing again now looking for an alternative elsewhere!”
