“I had these coils for years but ordered this time and they did not arrive even though I had paid, I am still waiting for a refund weeks later. They also sent me the wrong strength of e liquids, they have since sent the correct liquids but this has happened twice out of the last 4 orders. Hoping this is just down to our current situation as this is the first time I have sent a negative response, but for some reason bvc coils are continually out of stock so had to source from a different supplier, I can't help wondering if vip are having some problems or staffing issues.”
