“I am aware that you are at present having to work from home. Taking this into account I feel your delivery time was reasonable, however, I do have a question. Your online cost for Qty 8 is £22, but when buying from your local shop the cost is £20 for a box of Qty 10, plus a stamp on a card to save towards future purchases. What is the reason for the higher cost of the online purchase?”
