“The replacement cartridges were fine but the previous ones lacked significantly in menthol and now there’s an issue connecting the cartridges to existing batteries they are not connecting.”

“The cartridges are great even though I’ve come across a few that don’t seem to contain any menthol but overall they are good .The problem now is they don’t use dpd for delivery,it’s Royal Mail so it takes about a week to get delivered.”

“These refills are good. However, I have been ordering them for a number of months and have found that delivery time is now a lot slower than it was during the first lockdown. Purchases can up to a 10 days to be delivered.”
