“I am unsure if I am making the istake when purchasing U S B and batteries. I am finding that after using them for a few times that the batteries will not screw into the U S B I feel the on;y option I have is to throw all my U S B out and start from scraych and start again. Can you advice please,”

“Ordereed New Years day, nothing arrived, complained , no acknowledgement, no apology, told to ring if urgent, stupid message constantly on answer phone ‘this message box is full’. What does that mean? Awfull management, don't give a fig for customers. Only the employees on the phone when you can get through are worth keeping. Their products are hit and miss Sometimes four batteries will not even outlast one pack of forty cartomisers. Very cross. But they dont care about that or their bad reviews. Still no order arrived!”

“I not sure i should be asked to review since i have not received my order yet!!! Also i was not happy with the last order of batteries as 3 of them do not work anymore from a previous order. The product should at least work for a few months, my last order lasted weeks before giving up the ghost!!!”
