“I have been a VIP customer for a few years this E-Liquid is no good it seems to have been watered down and has a very sweet taste. The bottles are also bad I do not know why the company has messed around with the flavor and packaging can you please bring back the old flavor and bottles.”

“Formulation has changed and with that the flavour has become sweet and distinctly different from the previous one. Almost coconutty. Changing the flavour of something someone is addicted to is never going to be a winner!”

“Anyone who used to enjoy USA kentucky tobacco should stay clear of this product. What have you done VIP??? It tastes nothing like tobacco and smells and tastes of chemicals. Nasty nasty product”

“This product is ok. Sadly it used to be better. It was more of a liquid (rather than a gel) and was tobacco coloured and had more of a tobacco flavour. The bottles now (and the fact that the liquid is thicker) make it very difficult to squeeze the product out.”
